rules changes, etc. The following provides a brief description of the
recent updates released and sent automatically, at no cost to you.
ProDoc Releases Texas December 2008 Update for Five Volumes We recently sent ProDoc customers this shipment containing four new forms and hundreds of updated forms in the following five ProDoc volumes: Litigation, Family Law1, Adoptions1, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, and Real Estate1.
The changes in the Family Law and the Real Estate volume were due primarily to the State Bar of Texas' release of the 2008 supplements to those volumes.
Finally, we released updates to our Kid Calendar and Divorce Inventory in the Family Law PowerPack. More details about this update >>
ProDoc Releases Florida December 2008 Update for Seven Volumes We recently sent ProDoc customers this shipment containing almost 100 updated forms in the following seven ProDoc volumes: Family Law, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, FLSSI Probate1, Litigation, FLSSI Guardianship1, FLSSI Real Estate1, and Business Organizations.
We also updated the Tax Calculator and the Delinquency Calculator in the Family Law PowerPack.
Finally, we added five new forms and modified six specifically for the Broward County Court eFiling initiative in which we are participating. More details about this update >>
ProDoc Releases California December 2008 Update for 12 Volumes This shipment provided to our users the updated Judicial Council Forms (JCFs) that are effective January 1, 2009 for our: Attorney-Client Matters, Criminal Law, Family Law, Juvenile Law, Guardianship, Landlord and Tenant Law, Litigation, Conservatorships, and Probate volumes.
We also released our new California Workers' Compensation volume containing all the EAMS-compliant forms.
And, we updated the following ProDoc volumes: Litigation, Real Estate, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, Family Law, Juvenile, Probate, Guardianships, Small Estate Wills, and Landlord and Tenant.

Organizations.
Additionally, this shipment contained our much anticipated WebUpdate feature. This feature enables your ProDoc software to update itself over the Internet.
When activated, almost all software and volume updating will thereafter occur automatically in the background for you.

ProDoc Releases California February 2008 Legislative Update This update contained legislative updates to four volumes, as well as non-legislative updates to our Lipman's Wills and Trusts volume.
The four volumes affected are Family Law, Probate, Real
Estate, and Small Estate Wills.
We also updated local forms for 22 California counties.
Finally, the shipment featured the debut of our WebUpdate feature. This feature enables ProDoc to automatically update itself when users start ProDoc. Now, we can automatically
provide users their updates to the ProDoc document assembly program, as well as to the ProDoc volumes and PowerPacks to which users subscribe. More details about this update >>
ProDoc Releases January 2008 Update We updated 54 forms and added 36 new forms in four volumes for this shipment.
These changes to three of the volumes affected were due primarily to the 2007 FLSSI1 update, which we
received too late to include in the December 2007 shipment.
The volumes affected were: Lipman's
Wills & Trusts, FLSSI1 Guardianship, FLSSI1 Probate,
and FLSSI1 Real

ProDoc Releases Massive December 2007 Update for California Volumes We updated 248 forms and added 129 in this update, affecting every ProDoc California volume. Much of the update was pursuant to 2007 legislation effective January 1, 2008.

ProDoc Releases December 2007 Update/Revisions to Seven Texas Volumes We updated 202 forms in seven ProDoc volumes and added eight new forms for this update. The changes were pursuant primarily to legislative and agency changes. The volumes affected were:
Adoptions and Paternity, Family Law, Lipman's Wills & Trusts, Litigation, Probate, Real Estate, Federal Criminal Defense.
