General Information
Product Information Q. What is ProDoc? A. ProDoc is an engine used to generate documents and
forms. It has been enhanced over the years to provide a simple interface
for generating documents and forms while providing many unique features
and tools to boost productivity. It can assemble both text-based documents
and graphical forms during a single assembly session.
Return to Top Q. Can ProDoc assemble more than one form at a time? A. You can assemble an unlimited number of documents in
a single assembly session. ProDoc asks only once for any information that
is common to two or more of the documents and then inserts that data wherever
needed in every other form.
Return to Top Q. Is ProDoc multi-user enabled?
A. ProDoc ships network ready,
so, yes, it is multi-user enabled. ProDoc also works with different
Microsoft® operating systems and different word processors
on each computer in the network.

Q. What happens to the documents we generated if we cancel our ProDoc
subscription?
A. ProDoc generates the completed text documents
into word processor files, Corel® WordPerfect® or Microsoft® Word®. It saves completed "graphic" forms as
PDF files. If you cancel ProDoc you retain those documents just as you would any other
documents.

Subscription Information
Q. How do we decide which ProDoc subscription plan to choose?
A. We suggest that you choose
the plan that best matches your practice. Remember that you probably
handle an occasional non-typical matter for your clients, family
members, or friends that are completely unrelated to your primary
area of practice. Our broad coverage of multiple areas of law really
comes in handy in these situations.

Q. Why can’t
I just buy ProDoc?
A. ProDoc is much more than simply

to giving you peace of mind that your ProDoc documents are always current.
Return to Top Q. Our firm has multiple offices – how do you handle that?
A. If the firm name is identical for all offices, the
